Last night we saw the first pictures of little Tink with her ears standing straight up, it has not even been a week since we first met her and she has already grown so much. I can only imagine how different she is going look when we finally pick her up. The couple we bought the puppy from are very caring and we know they are taking good care of her and giving her all the love she needs to grow into a loving little frenchie.
I am so glad we waited and found a reputable breeder, it makes this whole waiting process so comforting. Yesterday on our way home from work we saw a frenchie at the local dog park by our house and for the first time ever I was able to see what a frenchie looked like in real life. We immediately pulled over just like many times before when we thought we saw a frenchie at the dog park, only this time it was for real. The guy who owned the french bulldog was very nice and let us pet his little rambunctious boy whose name was Bandit. Bandit was a brindle with white markings just like Tink. He also told us his horror story he had experienced when buying his frenchie online. He said he was given the frenchie with no papers and he has to plan a trip to fly out to Texas to try and get papers from a breeder who is not being very cooperative and is already in trouble with the law regarding fraudulent dealings with other frenchie owners.
We are so glad we are dealing with great people who really care about the puppies and are not just in it to make money. We also couldn’t imagine not being able to communicate with our breeder after the puppy transaction was complete. We hope to gain a lifetime of knowledge from our breeders and know they will be there for any questions we have in the process of raising our first frenchie.
